Position: Trainee Cover Supervisor
Location: Shropshire, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the delivery of pre-prepared lessons across various subjects, under the guidance of experienced teachers.
Supporting classroom management and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Engaging with students, providing guidance, and encouraging their participation and progress.
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons.
Adhering to school policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and reporting student progress.
Requirements:

A strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for working with young people and a genuine passion for education.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Previous experience working with children/young adults or in a school environment is advantageous but not essential.
