Job Title: Trainee Accounts Assistant 
Location: Wolverhampton

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Assistant. Ideally, the Trainee Accounts Assistant will be early on in their Accounts career and have some working experience on Purchase Ledger, however all training can be provided for the right person. We are looking for a candidate that is a confident communicator, excited to learn and take on every challenge that comes their way! This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-on-one with a qualified and experienced professionals and soak up all of their knowledge! 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Matching and processing invoices! 
  • Completing reconciliations of accounts, statements and bank accounts!
  • Query resolution! 
  • Reconciling and allocating payments! 
  • The Trainee Accounts Assistant will receive training to manage petty cash and expense processes!
Ideally, You Will:
  • Have some previous experience in Purchase Ledger, in order to hit the ground running with elements of the role!
  • Be excited to learn and further your career in Accounting! 
  • Be a confident communicator as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business!
  • Have completed a relevant Degree or be working towards your AATs!
