About The Role

We have a perfect opportunity for Trading Assistant - Kitchen Porter ready to help our kitchen team at WWT London Wetland Centre, a small visitor attraction, which welcomes 130,000 visitors each year. With great rates of pay, no split shifts, occasional evening working, our team are ready to welcome you to the pond.

Working as our Kitchen Porter, you will help us to create and develop an inspirational kitchen environment that consistently delivers a high standard of food for the onsite café and secondary outlet. You will be responsible for making sure our kitchen is sparkling clean and support chefs with small food preparation. You will also be required to support the Front of House team as necessary.

About You

To join as our Trading Assistant within our kitchen team you will be a focussed team player, with a good eye for details. You will love to keep everything squeaky clean and look forward to learning more about the running of the kitchen from our chefs.

Previous experience of working in a similar role is not essential as we'll provide you with all the necessary training to set you up for success in your role with opportunities for development.
