Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the trade mark practice, ensuring excellence in service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance the firm’s market position
- Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of trade mark issues
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and build lasting relationships
- Contribute to the firm’s succession planning efforts, preparing for a seamless transition to an equity partner role
Requirements:
- A qualified Trade Mark Attorney/Solicitor with 6 years’ PQE, although candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing and developing a practice area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
- A commitment to professional development and an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities within the firm
