Trade Compliance Analyst

A leading Fortune 500 technology solutions provider seeks a skilled and experienced Corporate Trade Compliance and Operations Professional to join their growing team in London!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Guiding colleagues on trade compliance best practices and regulations.
* Collaborating with Logistics to manage export controls and customs compliance for CDW shipments.
* Developing efficient trade compliance processes and tools using technology platforms.
* Implementing procedures to minimize business and legal risks associated with customs regulations.
* Classifying products for export and supporting country-of-origin determinations.
* Maintaining accurate trade documentation and records.
* Supporting implementation of Technology Control Plans.
* Participating in internal and external compliance audits.

To be successful, you will have:

* A degree/certificate in compliance, international trade/logistics, customs, or international studies (or equivalent experience).
* Min 3+ years of experience in export controls and/or customs compliance.
* In-depth knowledge of export controls, trade sanctions, and customs regulations.
* Expertise in UK export licensing (UK SPIRE) and classifications (ECCN and HTS).
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience navigating complex regulations and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

A plus if you have:

* Experience with ERP systems and IT implementations.
* Prior experience in the retail, e-commerce, or electronics industry.
* Knowledge of foreign export laws (US and EU) and free trade agreements.
* Familiarity with technology-based trade compliance systems.
* Experience working in a high-performing team and a multinational company.
