The Role:
As a Trade Category Manager, you will be spearheading growth and profitability, driving product portfolio success, developing compelling presentations, and leading market analysis. Your strategic acumen will shape our brand's global presence, making a lasting impact. Work independently, manage budgets, and foster collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and profitability by developing and expanding our product categories across regions.
- Analyse category trends, competition, and customer preferences to shape our product assortment.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to curate category strategies for exceptional performance.
- Lead category-focused innovation efforts, guiding new product development and improvements.
- Support distributors to maximise category performance and ensure brand compliance.
