Are you a CNC Setter / Operator with a background on Milling machines familiar with Siemens controls looking for the opportunity to join a tight knit team that can offer a role with great work life balance and Premium overtime for anything worked over the core hours associated with the position?

This family ran company are looking to add some skilled Toolmakers that have set and operated CNC Milling machines with Siemens controls. You will be joining a team of four and will be within a company that due to its does not label individuals with formal titles, you will be reporting to the Director who is also a hands on Engineer. They provide their services into Medical, Automotive and Military industries based out of the site down in Painton and are looking for individuals that will stay long term and develop a lasting career.

In this orle you will be responsible for managing your own workload which entails, reading and interpreting 3D drawings to work from ( AutoCAD and Solid Works ) , carrying out work across a range of CNC Milling machines depending on the project and product in question, you will be require to deliver estimate timelines and execute your work to the customer specifications, with a strong knowledge of tooling and Moulding practises, this company offer refurbishment services for tools so having fault finding capabilities would be beneficial to the position also.

This role is suited to a CNC Miller with Setting and operating background that is familiar with Siemens controls and is looking for the opportunity to work within a small team in a company with family values and can offer premium overtime pay for any work completed outside of the core 39 hours.

The Role:
* CNC Milling ( Siemens Controls)
* Working from 3D drawings ( AutoCAD and SolidWorks )
* Deliver timely and accurate high quality work
* Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00

The Person:
* Toolmaking Background
* CNC Milling Setter / Operator
* Able to read and understand 3D technical drawings ( AutoCAD and SolidWorks )
* Commutable to Paignton, Torbay
