Our client has an opportunity for a Healthcare / Therapy Administrator to work in the mental health environment!

About the role:

You will deliver an efficient and high quality service to guests, patients & staff across two clinics. The role will involve assisting all arrivals and completing the therapy administration work on an ad-hoc basis. This is a temporary role, with an option to possibly apply for a permanent position.

Main duties:

  • Taking calls and assisting patients as well as processing referrals
  • Complete the billing process
  • Working with the Therapists
  • Ensure reception is well maintained
  • Administration duties
  • Liaising with key personal to ensure all funding is in place

Experience:

  • Ideally have previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Good previous experience in answering phone calls in a professional telephone manner
  • Experience dealing with customer queries
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
