*Position Overview*

As a theatre nurse, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and the well-being of patients in the operating room. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around preparing the surgical environment, assisting surgeons during procedures, and maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety.

*Responsibilities*

- Prepare the operating room and assist surgeons during procedures.

- Maintain a sterile field and ensure all equipment is properly sterilised.

- Anticipate surgeon's needs and provide assistance as required.

- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards of infection control.

*Requirements:*

-Bachelor's degree in Nursing BA(Hons)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a theatre/scrub nurse.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

-A member of the NMC council, with a valid Pin.
