Join a leading Scientific Instrumentation manufacturer in Hamburg, Germany as a Test & Quality Assurance Manager.

Their products are used in a variety of exciting industries and they need you to lead their team in guaranteeing that their instruments consistently meet the highest standards of performance.

Test & Quality Assurance Manager role:

• Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of product and system tests, ensuring final approval.
• Develop and revise test specifications throughout agile product development phases.
• Execute and document verification tests within sprints and final product verification phases.
• Actively participate in requirements management and effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams, product management, and product service.
• Contribute to cross-project development of test strategies focusing on functionality, integration, and user acceptance.

Test & Quality Assurance Manager requirements:

• Completed studies in engineering, computer science, or equivalent training.
• Solid understanding of hardware and software with the ability to analyze and problem-solve complex technical and organizational contexts.
• Familiarity with agile methods and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (minimum B2/C1).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with an open and confident demeanor.
• Proactive and structured approach to tasks with the ability to work independently.
• Preferably, ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level.
