I am recruiting for Test Engineers to join an experienced team in Cowes on the Isle of Wight �?

The salary for this role is £42,000 & it comes with perks like a competitive pension plan, enhanced annual leave, and a company Share Incentive Plan ??

What you'll be up to:

  • Testing a variety of manufactured products that fall in the medium complexity range.

  • Diagnosing these products with limited tech support.

  • Following defined test schedules and instructions.

  • Using test equipment.

  • Keeping track of product history and compliance using business systems.

  • Doing all this with minimal supervision.

Your skills and background:

  • Understanding various technical areas like analogue, digital, RF, and micro-processing is essential.

  • Making judgment calls based on your own experience and knowledge.

  • Using your tech know-how to tackle tricky fault investigations.

  • Ideally, you've got a technical qualification up to HNC level or similar hands-on experience.

Due to the security requirements for this programme, you'll need to undergo security clearance and have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
