Tenant & Landlord Engagement Officer needed in North London Paying  £24.58 per hr ref 1267933

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Developing opportunities to engage with tenants and landlords with the aim of improving the management of privately rented homes in the borough.
  • Providing advice, advocacy, and assistance to tenants on their rights and responsibilities and landlords/letting agents on their rights and obligations.
  • Organising meetings, groups and other platforms with internal and external stakeholders involved in private rented housing to promote good practise in rented accommodation. Including establishing and promoting our Landlords Forum.
  • Leading on consultation & research to identify & assess the views & priorities of stakeholders with the aim of developing strategies for landlord and tenant engagement.
  • Playing a proactive role in the development of policies and procedures that impact on private sector tenants and landlords.
