Temporary Personal Assistant

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant seeking a dynamic temporary role? We have an amazing opportunity to join our client, a fast-growing luxury retail head office as a temporary PA to the Founder.

Located in the vibrant West End, our clients bright and airy studios serve as the bustling hub for their luxury retail brand.

As a PA to the Founder, you'll enjoy exposure to all facets of our clients business, serving as the linchpin that keeps everything running seamlessly. While your primary focus will be on business-related tasks, you'll also provide ad hoc personal support. You'll work closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives, elevating your role beyond traditional PA duties.

Requirements:

• Experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow administration skills.
• Thorough and high attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• Efficient with Microsoft Office includining Excel, Powerpoint and Word
