Temporary Customer Support Administrator
Our client, based in Ely are currently looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join them on a full-time, temporary basis for a minimum period of 4 months. (school hours will be considered).
Main duties will include:
- General administrative support
- Credit control
- Updating records
- Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
The successful candidate:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A friendly, professional approach
- Strong attention to detail
- A good team player
