A fantastic opportunity for a candidate within the Contact Centre Team has arisen to work in Wealth, Health and Careers, to book New Business appointments for consultants.

The Contact Centre Team nurture sales leads for Sales Associates to generate new business revenue. They also provide a crucial role in cross selling to existing clients. The team engage with prospects over the phone, and teams supported by varying campaigns and numerous solutions to discuss.

Key elements of this role include:
  • Research of key prospects to contact and develop into meetings for consultants.
  • Develop relationships within the group prospects and clients to facilitate introductions for additional products both within own line of business and others throughout the group.
  • Arrange & manage meetings for Senior Consultants with new and existing group clients.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to facilitate new introductions to the appropriate line of business from sources outside of the group.
  • Grow and develop the client base in terms of both volume of clients and revenue from the appropriate line of business and to the wider group.
  • Develop relationships with colleagues across all lines of business who manage clients to facilitate warm introductions to clients and prospects.
  • Utilise all tools available to engage with prospects, such as LinkedIn, Teams Calls.
  • Accurately maintain records on the CRM
