We are looking for a sales executive, to join a successful joinery manufacturing company who stands out as a non-traditional architectural hardware distributor, We are committed to being the most forward-thinking, innovative, and customer-centric supplier in architectural hardware.

We are looking for an experienced sales candidate to join a successful team of 3. As a Telemarketing and sales executive, you will be responsible for generating new product sales and customer leads, as well as developing current customer relationships.

This role primarily involves engaging with customers through phone calls, email, video conference, and video messages to introduce and present the company/products, inform about new products, and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introducing new products to all current customers, increasing sales opportunities; aiming for 30 meaningful conversations a day.
  • Actively sending emails and relevant materials with new product information, specifications, and prices to both active and target customers.
  • Using credible databases to seek new sales opportunities and introduce products and services.
  • Establishing relationships with target customers, identifying opportunities, providing quotations, following up, and creating sales opportunities.
  • Actively generating new customer leads to add to the database and create a sales pipeline.
  • Building on the active sales portfolio; commission will be based on new order success.
  • Ensuring solid product knowledge and keeping up to date with new products and services.
  • Ensuring the Customer CRM system is kept up to date in real-time, including conversations, quotations, and sales.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Previous telesales experience; note that this role is phone-based. You will need to be confident and comfortable on the phone.
  • Previous sales experience of 3+ years.
  • Must come from a product sales background.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Strong communicator with a knack for building relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Customer-focused and oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Good initiative and execution.
