TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

FULL-TIME POSITION WORKING 35.5 HOURS PER WEEK: 09.00 - 17.00 ( EARLY FINISH ON FRIDAYS)

PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE WORKING 25 HOURS A WEEK : 10.00 - 14.00

£11.44 PER HOUR - £12.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions have a  Client based in Solihull who is seeking experienced Telemarketing staff to join their friendly team.

Day to Day Duties

• Working in a vibrant team in a modern office environment and friendly atmosphere
• Include making qualified sales appointments and generating leads by contacting a target list of businesses
• Updating company information and completing telephone surveys with clients' customers

Essential Skills

• Confident, tenacious individual with experience in telemarketing or Customer Service experience with a strong upsell/cross sell
• This role requires previous telephone based sales experience
• Confidence in delivering calls to senior decision-makers (MD, FD, HRD, Marketing Director).
• Excellent communication skills with clear telephone manner
