Telecommunications Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Engineer on a one year FTC basis to operate predominantly in our clients' head office in Bromley with occasional travel supporting and installing equipment at customer sites in South East London.

What to expect with this role:

- Undertaking site surveys for VoIP deployment

- Installing the new system, door intercoms, testing / terminating data cables if needed

- Providing full training to the customer and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with their new system

- Supporting the existing customer base to resolve any technical challenges they may encounter

To qualify:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Experience working with CAT5/6 cabling

- Experience installing and supporting Hosted (VoIP / SIP) telephone solutions such as 3CX, Splicecom and Yealink

- Experience installing and supporting network hardware such as routers and switches

- Able to commute to Bromley and surrounding areas five days a week

- Full UK drivers' license
