A client of ours, a Top 20 firm based in central London is keen to grow their Support Services team by recruiting for a Technical & Training Manager.

You will have responsibility for delivering high quality training at all levels and be responsible for any technical queries that come in from clients.

Future progression is clear - the firm will put in challenging but achievable targets for you to be promoted to Senior Manager level.

Details of the role

• Help to build a firm-wide technical training programme
• Monitoring CPD for qualified members of the audit and accounts team
• Liaison with the L&D team to coordinate and facilitate training
• Sourcing of specialist training outside of the firm when required
• Preparing audit and financial reporting technical training material
• Supporting at events such as National Audit Conference

What you'll need to succeed

• You should be fully qualified, either ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience of both IFRS and UK GAAP
• The FRC Ethical Standard
• Confidence to liaise with senior members of the firm
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
• Strong technical writing skills
