1. **Deliver Exceptional Customer Engagement**: The role involves providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.

2. **Technical Proficiency**: Analyse and resolve technical issues related to software applications, data sources, and integrations.

10. **Qualifications and Experience**: Relevant degree or experience in technical support, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in customer engagement software and applications.

11. **Technical Skills**: Understanding of Unix and MS Windows platforms, web application servers, virtualized server environments, and operating systems.

12. **Personal Attributes**: Remain flexible, curious, motivated, patient, and demonstrate a good work ethic.

13. **Language Requirement**: Must be Dutch speaking.
