Technical Support Analyst encompasses delivering top-notch IT technical support and services to all company staff, collaborating with other teams and third-party support partners.

This entails addressing complex IT issues, problems, and projects swiftly and effectively, ensuring successful resolution. All services are provided with professionalism, courtesy, and a focus on high-quality customer interaction, integral to our service delivery model. Proactivity is key in this role, involving the identification and interpretation of trends, along with recommending suitable solutions. Additionally, it includes implementing necessary measures and controls for cybersecurity. Collaboration within a tight-knit support team and with other teams to provide comprehensive endpoint solutions is fundamental to the position.

This role is focussed on the delivery and support of Microsoft technologies with a focus on cloud security and service delivery.

You must have

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft systems, M365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and associated IT Admin tools
  • Knowledge of configuration and management of security tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, NESSUS, DarkTrace) as well as a strong InTune appreciation for the deployment of applications.

This role is nearly fully remote and will require office attendance one a week.
