Technical Support Analyst
My client is seeking an individual to join their team as an Systems Support Specialist.
You will be recruited to serve as the primary point of contact for all internal inquiries related to system operations.
Thus you will be required to have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
You will be bright with the want to build on your foundational IT / application support knowledge. In adddition you will be proficient in creating user-friendly documentation, training materials, and multimedia resources.
Proven experience in providing technical support, preferably with ERP systems, accounting solutions or similar enterprise software a huge bonus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
