Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant London to £40k
Client Server is looking for an ambitious Technical Recruiter with 360 or business development experience to support us in taking Client Server's contract market to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to build out our contract desk, managing key accounts with some of our most trusted long-term clients and proactively seeking out new prospects.
As a Technical Recruiter you will dedicate your time to generating robust relationships with new and existing clients, as well as candidates from our large database, supported by your LinkedIn Recruiter seat and advert applications. You'll be the critical point of contact for clients, navigating competing demands and managing relationships to maximise the likelihood of smoothly fulfilling their requirements.
So, we're not going lie to you - this role requires a lot of calling!! But there's very little cold calling; you'll be provided with leads, there are 6000+ historic placements (now potential clients) and 11,000+ ex-clients on the database that you could re-gen. With the UK having one of the biggest tech markets in the globe, there's plenty of opportunity and you'll have dual screens and a first-class phone system with onscreen dialling to make you as efficient as possible.

What we are looking for:
- You are an experienced technology Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant who has a demonstrable track record of delivering revenue through contract placements
- You have worked in 360 roles or hybrid roles where you have been responsible for both new business and recruitment
- You are skilled in dealing with all stages of the candidate recruitment lifecycle
- You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
- You are competitive, resilient and highly motivated
- You are a confident self-assured communicator
