Technical Operations Manager

A Global Insurer requires an experienced London Market Operations professional to lead the operational and administrative processing for their reinsurance administration within their UK operation division.

You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality risk data to the organisations reserving, pricing and data functions in support of the companies data analytics objectives. You will create and monitor the controls required to verify the completeness and accuracy of premium entries in line with the appropriate standards.

As the operational lead you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the operations team, monitoring the performance and embedding a high performing culture. You will also be the main point of contact for any operational, underwriting and reporting process queries and any improvements which need to be implemented.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Underwriting or Reinsurance Operations, experience of leading a team and be keen to assess current processes and implement change.
