Technical Manager, building controls/regulation, RICS/CABE/CIOB qualified, Milton Keynes, c£70,000

We are delighted to be working with a client who are a market leader in their field for the recruitment of a Technical Manager.

As Technical Manager you will be responsible for leading the technical function, including:

  • Carrying out inspections of work in progress
  • Preparing and presenting technical papers
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Supporting CEO in all matters technical, including application of Building Regulations
  • Managing staff and subcontractors

The successful Technical Manager will have:

  • Five years post qualification experience in the role of Building Inspector or similar position
  • A good understanding of building control and Building Safety Act requirements
  • RICS, CABE or CIOB membership
  • A commitment to raising standards in building
