Are you looking to supercharge your food manufacturing career path? Ready for a ‘tastier’ role that bridges the gap between operational excellence and customer success?

We are one of the nation’s biggest food groups- offering everything from pies to plant based products and are searching for the next Technical Manager of our site in Wales. Being one of the biggest food groups nationally this role is also a gateway to future opportunities too, with great nationwide peer support and development programs.

As well as offering you up to £55k per year, the role is also supported by a day shift working pattern, 25 days AL plus the bank holidays and an enhanced pension.

To take a ‘bite’ out of this challenge you are likely to have been in a senior technical or quality role within manufacturing before. If internal and customer audits are something you are familiar with as part of your role you’d be a great candidate.

Enhanced knowledge and management of HACCP systems (to level 3 and above) is key to this role. The attitude to challenge and improve is also a key trait for this role.

How you communicate is also key, some evidence of influencing internal and external stakeholders and managing key relationships would make you a candidate from the ‘extra special range’.

As with all senior appointments, the ability to line manage people and their extended teams is also a ‘key ingredient’, as is working with senior technical leaders across the wider group.

Think you have the whole recipe? Apply now!
