A quick look at the role

The role of Technical Delivery Support is desk based and is designed to support the ongoing delivery needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to provide IT project delivery support for acquisitions, expansion of the business and any IT business as usual change requests.

Your core responsibilities

  • Deliver technical projects and workstreams with predefined timescales and budget
  • Provide integration & onboarding support for new Mergers & Acquisitions to business stakeholders
  • Provide handover support and familiarisation training to IT support teams once services are in life
  • Provide and maintain strict supplier governance in line with predefined guidelines.
  • Tracking of spend against a predefined CAPEX budget
  • Execute established processes of IT products and services delivery to Biffa customers

Our essential requirements

  • Experience of providing PMO/PC support
  • MPLS Networking
  • Experience of providing WAN and LAN support
  • Ability to respond out of hours if necessary to deliver critical project success
