My client based in Montrose is looking for an experienced Technical Clerk to join their team on a contract basis.

The role is expected to last around 6 months, and will be rewarded with a one-off bonus payment at the end of assignment.

The suitable candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and be comfortable to work in a male dominant environment, you should also have a full UK driving licence should you be required to visit other areas of the site.

Duties of the role:

  • To assist with data collection and summarisation
  • To assist with proposal generation, ensuring the correct submittal procedures are followed
  • To navigate through Excel, creating and updating spreadsheet data
  • Ensure suppliers are kept up to date with records and confidentiality agreements, supplier insurance and supplier details
  • To create, log and issues PO's and invoice as directed
  • Collating timesheet data for payroll
  • To help create and maintain project update documents/charts
  • Detailed document filing
  • Answering phones/supporting the rest of the admin team
  • General admin duties as and when required

Rate: £12-15ph depending on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:30am-4pm

Role: Immediate start for the right candidate
