Job Opportunity: Technical Analyst - Engineering/Clean Energy
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Employment Type: Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are working with a growing company in the engineering and clean energy sector, located in Chorley, Lancashire. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in controlling key documentation and activities to support their projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive reports by compiling and analyzing relevant data.
- Managing Information: Liaise with various stakeholders to gather accurate information and ensure data integrity.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Document Management: Maintain and update project management documents to reflect the latest information accurately.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Process Documentation: Develop and update process and procedure documentation to streamline operations.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics for team members as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical analyst or project coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
