Job Summary:

Or are you a Junior Paraplanner looking for an opportunity to work for a client centric boutique IFA, with the opportunity to work highly collaboratively with Advisers?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our client, a boutique independent wealth planning company in Worthing, is looking for a talented and proactive Administrator or Junior Paraplanner to join their team as a Junior Paraplanner.

This opportunity would suit anyone who enjoys a boutique environment and working for an independent IFA company with a highly holistic and client focussed approach. Its also very suited to anyone who enjoys working within a close team environment, as the team atmosphere is social and supportive and highly collaborative.

This opportunity is an advantageous one for anyone looking to develop technical, due to the collaborative way of working with the adviser, and the holistic financial planning and variation in clients.

Additional Information and benefits include:

  • Working hours: 9am-5pm
  • Salary up to £34,000

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Wealth Planning role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using back-office systems and online portals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Broad knowledge of financial products, including individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products
  • Experince with research and suitability letter desirable
  • exams completed towards the Diploma in financial planning, or equivalent, also desirable.
