A specialist Global Insurance Company is currently recruiting for a Tech Lead / Solution Architect to work within their Global Modernisation programme.

Summary
Assurance and delivery of technology requirements for GPAS (Global Policy Admin Platform)

Responsibilities

* Assurance of HLD and LLD solution designs with CAP Architects for GPAS
* Delivery of HLD/LLD solution designs for dependent elements of the overall solution design
* Identify technology requirements and roadmap
* Work with Security Team to ensure security compliance to agreed standards
* Work with project team to
o Define architectural backlog
o Backlog grooming
o Sprint/PI Planning
* Ensure compliance with agreed SDLC
* Manage Version Control
* Dependencies and risks
* Streamlined and optimised solution providing positive operational impact

Experience Required

* Extensive architectural experience within the Insurance Market
* Recent experience of delivering PAS solution with a similar Carrier
* Excellent technical understanding of enterprise service/microservice architecture and challenges
* Good technical/enterprise knowledge of PAS/ecosystem delivery challenges and technical understanding
* Understands the business processes across all the major business classes and knows what is required to deliver a flexible solution
