Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for a Team Manager to grow and support there fantastic team.

DAY TO DAY:

  • To lead and manage the sales and consumer team and ensure that the department is competent and meeting department targets
  • Attend team and management meetings, to ensure delivery of performance, targets and standards of service
  • Supporting with planning and budget development projects
  • Contribute to business planning and budgeting, planning new ideas and initiatives with team members based on business plan KPIs
  • Being a advocate for the company ethos and values
  • Manage regular communications to industry and provide reporting
  • To be proactive in organising the department, maximising the quality of service and productivity
  • Conduct 1-1 with individual team members
  • To undertake administrative tasks supporting all areas of the business feeding into Management reports
  • Effectively utilise the database and Microsoft Office software packages including Word, basic Excel, Outlook etc. to support administrative processes
  • To prioritise individual and team workload according to business needs, to maximise the benefits for our stakeholders; ensuring back-up exists to make decisions and provide service at times of holiday, sickness etc
  • To promote schemes and services via sales activities when requried
  • To be a point of escalation/resolution for problematic and/or high-priority stakeholder queries, including personal intervention in correspondence where appropriate
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
  • Manage and retain current external partnerships and opportunities for professional relationships

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Must have previous experience mentoring and coaching a team including regular 1-1 meetings
  • Experience setting targets and expectations on how to achieve the best for your team
  • An excellent communicator
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Drive and passion to succeed
  • Good IT skills
  • Capable of analysing processes and producing KPI reports
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders is desirable
  • Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise departmental workload

Salary - £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience
