Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant role based in Slough

This is a full time post and applicants should be able to work Monday-Friday 8.30am - 16:00pm

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants at our SEN school. This role is available to start immediately and will continue through September. If you're ready to inspire and support students in reaching their full potential, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning strategies and interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.
• Assist with the implementation of behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and social skills development.
• Support students with personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and mobility, as required.
