Teaching Assistant | Location - Birmingham, B6 | Day Rate - £90 - £105 per day | Start Date - May 2024 | Hours - 8:30am - 3:30pm

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school located in the Birmingham B6 area. You will have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development and success of students who need additional support during their educational journeys. The school is looking for a teaching assistant to join them on a full time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-1 support to a student with special educational needs
  • Contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Collaborate with other professionals to work towards the best outcomes for students
  • Encourage active participation and engagement with learning
  • Support students with their overall wellbeing by delivering targeted interventions to support learning and development

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree
  • Have experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Have a passion for helping children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential
