Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Tameside
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £85 - £100 per day
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with SEN, assisting them in reaching their full potential. You will be responsible for:
- Providing tailored one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
- Assisting teachers in implementing effective learning strategies
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students' emotional and social development
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or child-based experience
- Experience supporting students with SEND is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
- Strong grasp of the UK Schools Curriculum
- An Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to undergo one
- Able to provide full CV History with all education and employment
