TPF Recruitment is proud to support our esteemed client in the recruitment of Tax Trainees for their Private Client Department, based in Eastbourne.


Are you looking to kick-start your career in tax? Our client is seeking proactive and ambitious individuals to join their dynamic Private Client Department as Tax Trainees. As a Tax Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in handling personal tax matters for our valued clients, while providing essential support to our experienced managers in tax compliance work.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare client tax returns for manager review.
  • Manage receipt of client records and monitor workflow progress.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the Department.
  • Draft correspondence for review and digitize documentation into the Firm’s document management software.


Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:

  • GCSEs and ‘A’ levels or equivalents.
  • Prior experience in an accountancy practice is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Full training will be provided.

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and presentable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
