Are you a Tax Senior experienced in all aspects of general accounting with specialist experience in the field or corporate tax? You’ll be CTA qualified or studying towards it and have at least 3 years of general accounting experience with some of it in a corporate tax-based role. You’ll certainly be comfortable completing corporate tax returns and communicating directly with clients.

Job Purpose

• To prepare and review corporate tax returns for the firm’s valued portfolio of c. 300 clients.
• Handle and give advice on ad hoc corporate tax matters.
• To support the Tax Managers with all ad hoc tasks.
• Oversee a portfolio of varied clients, be aware of workflow and the importance of meeting deadlines.
• Identify tax advisory opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with points of contact for the portfolio, building strong client relationships.
• Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team.
• Offering learning and development opportunities as a mentor to junior staff.
• Work as part of a team that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
