Our client, global corporate firm, are seeking a Talent & Development Lead to join their highly regarded UK HR team and take the lead in driving the UK talent and learning priorities! As a key member of their team, you'll play a vital role in delivering and deploying initiatives that shape the future the talent and learning strategy, while also addressing specific regional needs. Collaborate closely with colleagues across a wide range of HR functions and global teams to design performance and development initiatives.

Your Role:

You'll be at the forefront of delivering and deploying global talent and learning priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You'll work closely with the HRD and various HR teams, including Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Early Talent Development, and HR Business Partners, to implement talent, performance, learning, and career elements of our client's global people strategy. Additionally, you'll collaborate with global colleagues to shape initiatives that drive global talent and learning strategy.

Talent & Development Responsibilities:

- Leading talent and capability reviews, contributing insights to help inform the firm's global people plans now and for the future.

- Supporting leadership performance review processes, ensuring alignment with the leaders’ expectations.

- Leading the people performance process, fostering a culture of ongoing feedback and development across.

- Embedding the career frameworks and supporting career enablement.

- Partnering with the L & D Team to create development solutions for identified talent, managing coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship requests.

- Shaping learning interventions to support specific regional needs, collaborating with the global learning academy.

- Reviewing and implementing talent management and learning technologies to enhance employee experiences.

- Measuring the impact of talent management strategy, analyzing data for insights and reporting.

Talent & Development Experience:

- A proven record of designing and implementing talent management, performance, career, and learning processes and initiatives for large multinational organizations.

- Experience in helping to design and deliver HR technology systems, processes, and enablement of employees to support a talent agenda.

- Experience working in a matrixed/global environment is desirable.

- Experience partnering with and influencing management teams.

Talent & Development Skills Required:

- Strong business consulting skills combined with excellent execution and project management abilities.

- Effective relationship-building skills with constituents at varying levels across a diverse international group.

- The ability to drive long-term strategy, thinking in global terms and demonstrating strong business acumen.

- A passion for embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent management and development initiatives.

- The ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform progress and action.
