Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, potential to be extended
Salary: £28-30,000 per annum, plus extensive benefits 
Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire (4 days on-site, 1 from home)

Our well-respected client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic HR team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a thriving organisation.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. From scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding, your role is key to securing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage interview logistics, maintain candidate communication, and support recruitment events.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Oversee new starter administration and coordinate induction programs.
  • Team Administration: Handle administrative duties and support minor projects to enhance team performance.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of employment laws.

This is a full-time position based in Grove, near Wantage, Oxfordshire, offering a competitive salary and the chance to grow professionally within a supportive environment. Please only apply if you are happy to work on-site 4 days per week, and are able to attend offices in Grove, Oxfordshire.
