Systems Data Analyst

Cobalt is yet again delighted to be working alongside a household name within the Real Estate Industry. The business is constantly evolving in line with client demands and are looking to grow within their IT/Business Systems team. The company is looking for an adaptable and creative Systems Analyst to join the team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models and reports to support decision-making processes for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing data cleansing tasks
  • To be the main contact within the team on data matters with particular focus on the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Systems or Data Analyst within the real estate industry
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (Yardi, MRI) is beneficial
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
