Sustainability Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sustainability consultancy to join a fast-growing energy and sustainability consultancy. The successful candidate will develop their experience in SAP, SBEM and Overheating assessments and provide these services nationwide with the luxury of remote working.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carry out SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
  • Use IES-VE software to carry out Part O assessments and overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments
  • Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
  • Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have an OCDEA accreditation, with previous experience in a Sustainability Consultancy or Energy Assessor role
  • Proven experience carrying out SAP and SBEM calculations
  • Experience with IES-VE and Part O Regulations
  • Good understanding and knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Part L compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
