Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their international multi-disciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will work on projects across various sectors such as workplace, healthcare, education, historic, sport, leisure, residential and sci-tech.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Built Environment, or similar
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience of delivering BREEAM, LEED, Ska or WELL Building Standard assessments
- Knowledge of Environmental and Sustainability legislation and its applicability to UK development
- Experience delivering presentations to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Technical report writing
- Experience of using materials life cycle tools and software such as OneClick LCA
- NABERS accreditation (Desirable)
- Experience of carrying out circularity assessments and consultancy
Duties:
- Net zero carbon strategies and assessments (both operational and embodied)
- Material lifecycle assessments (embodied carbon assessments)
- Circularity assessments
- Environmental and wellbeing consultancy and assessments such as BREEAM, LEED, Ska and the WELL Building Standard
- Post occupancy evaluations
- Environmental management systems
- NABERS
