Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a passionate Supported Housing Service Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team, working together to provide high-quality support to individuals in our community.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding support services.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the highest levels of quality and care.
Preferred Requirements:
 
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a supported housing or social care setting.
  • Proven ability to motivate and empower a team, driving performance and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and organisations.
  • A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals within the community.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field
  • Leadership or management training and certification
  • Additional training in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, or homelessness support
