The Support Worker role:

The Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA) have a 3 bedded specialist service in Devizes for people with a Learning Disability who have developed dementia.

If you are interested in this specialist area of work we are looking for Day Support Workers and Waking Night Support Worker.

As a Support Worker you will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support. Interacting and communicating with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times.

No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer theirSupport Worker:

As our Support Worker youwill need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and working within a 24/7 rota.
