Windmill Lodge Ltd in Buntingford is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers who will support six people with a learning disabilities.

What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: 36 Hours Per Week - 08:00 - 20:00 - 3 Shifts Per Week + Alternating Weekend

  • Supporting individuals with day to day living
  • Offering people the opportunity to develop their skills in cooking, cleaning, independent living and personal care
  • Supporting people to access sports, leisure facilities, attend plays, music clubs
  • Supporting individuals to review digital care plans and risk assessments
