Temporary supply teacher role- must hold QTS status
£145-£155 per day
2 days per week minimum availability

We are working in partnership with HFL (Herts for Learning) which means we are a preferred supplier for many schools who require short-term and long-term cover.

Your supply teaching responsibilities:

  • Mark and assess work completed in your lessons
  • Guide and direct support staff in the class
  • Foster positive relationships with children, staff and parents
  • Follow planning to continue a coherent learning journey
  • Deliver lessons with enthusiasm to spark engagement and inspire young minds!

Requirements of your Supply Teaching role -

  • Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS etc.)
  • Knowledge teaching relevant curriculum (preferably in KS1)
  • Grade C or above (or relevant equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths
  • 2 references from the last 5 years
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school
  • Job history that covers the last 10 years
  • An in-date Enhanced DBS on the update service
