eSift is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our client, a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Surgical Supply Chain team, supporting replenishment duties, customer ordering processes, product transfers, and other day-to-day tasks.
 
Salary: Up to £30k per annum
Location: Chessington
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers.
  • Manage bespoke customer ordering processes.
  • Facilitate product transfers.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests.
  • Ensure ongoing excellence in service delivery against agreed KPIs.
 
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and basic formulae.
  • Strong time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Background in supply chain, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
  • Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data is an advantage.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
