Description

  • Manage and optimise inventory to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Identify and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Forecast demand and plan supply accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of supply chain plans.
  • Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement and supply chain strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Planner should have:

  • A degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team work abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant supply chain software.
  • A solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
