Supply Chain Coordinator
An exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a globally recognised FMCG organisation. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Coordinate sourcing of raw materials from group companies globally to specification and budget
- Carry out market research to identify and understand supply, demand, and pricing structures
- Ensure smooth execution of customer PO's
- Assist with contracts, create purchase order and obtain quotes from suppliers, placing orders.
- Management of MRP (material requirement planning) and P2P (purchase to pay) process
- Liaise daily with warehouse, external processors, and freight companies on shipments
- Ensure stock levels are compatible with achieving at least four stock turns by the end of the financial year.
- Be effective in communication enabling the post-holder to discuss relevant issues with various stakeholders.
- Offer lead times on live orders and shipments
Profile
- Prior experience in a similar role within the sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as inventory management systems and MS Office.
