Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with an innovative and sustainable company, based North of Norwich in their search for a Supply Chain and Materials Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supply chain administrator to grow and develop within the role and as the company grows.

The successful candidate will ensure customer requirements are met and facilitate customer and supplier partnerships to maintain and enhance the reputation of a market leading company.

Role Responsibilities:

- Health & Safety awareness

- Daily stock control and checks

- Coordination of incoming raw materials, complete RM booking processes and racking using FIFO rules (first in, first out)

- Ensure correct documentation for all goods in/out

- Monitoring to ensure consumable quantity for planned production including returned/unused consumables from within production

- Point of contact for stock enquiries & problem solving

- Plan material, tool and machine usage in-line with production plans

- Liaison with customer service to ensure achievement of production plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Maintain and update production plans daily

- Purchase, manage & coordinate material usage identifying problems and offering solutions

- Warehouse responsibility

- Complete regular audits/inspections in-line with ISO and BRC procedures

Person Specification:

- Experience in supply chain administration or similar

- Experience in the manufacturing industry and/or stock control

- IT literate with a focus on MS Office & MRP type systems

- Health & Safety awareness

- Qualified fork lift driver either current or within the last 5 years

- Excellent organisational skills and work ethic

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a starting salary of £25,000 and working Monday - Friday.
